Looking and seeing…

My young philosopher and I were talking, as we walked through an embroidered canvas of buttercups and dandelions,  about the difference between looking and seeing. Ditto, the gulf between listening without hearing; touching without feeling…. Thus started a discussion about awareness…which led us into Buddhism… and that’s how it goes when I walk with Ollie....

The only pebbles on the beach…
